Short-Term Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions

This Short-Term Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the property owner/manager ("Host") and the guest ("Guest") for the rental of the property located at Paygude wadi, Donje Gaon, Pune, Maharashtra, India ("Property"). By booking and/or occupying the Property, the Guest agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment:
   • The Guest agrees to pay the specified rental rate for the agreed-upon dates.
   • A security deposit may be required, refundable within [number] days after the end of the rental period, subject to deductions for damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning fees.
2. Check-In and Check-Out:

   • The Guest is responsible for any damage caused to the Property by their party during the rental period.
   • The Guest releases the Host from any liability for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property during their stay.
7. Cancellation Policy:
